Important Notice
Please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery for any return or exchange requests. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
1Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not been shipped.
Once an item is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return request after delivery as per our return policy.
Note: Orders placed during sale periods or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Return Process:

- A processing fee of ₹250 per product will be charged for return processing
- Share the payment screenshot via email to confirm your return request
- Our team will arrange reverse pickup within 3-5 working days
- After quality inspection, refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Used, worn, washed, or altered items
- Innerwear and intimate apparel
3Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for size and color variations only. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process:
- Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at enquiry@mashaani.in or call +91 8779 771087
- A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged for exchange processing
- Share the payment screenshot via email to confirm your exchange request
- Specify the size/color you want to exchange
- Our team will arrange reverse pickup once payment is received
- After quality inspection, new product will be dispatched within 7-10 working days
Exchange Guidelines:
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- If requested size/color is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the full amount
- Credit note is valid for 90 days from date of issue
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached
Direct Shipping Option (Optional)
If you prefer to ship the product yourself, our team will provide the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services. We are not responsible for any loss during self-arranged transit.
4Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Timeline:
- 3-5 working days: Reverse pickup arranged
- 2-3 working days: Quality inspection of returned product
- 5-7 working days: Refund initiated to original payment method
- 3-5 working days: Amount reflects in your account (bank processing time)
Refund Amount: The refund will be credited to the original payment method after deducting the processing fee (₹250). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
For defective products: No processing fee will be charged. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping charges.
